Idea Description: The BLUE line represents the proposed alignment along Interstate 35E/35 from Union Depot in St. Paul to Forest Lake. The YELLOW line represents the proposed alignment on the Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority (RCRRA) right-of-way from Union Depot in St. Paul to White Bear Lake.
